
TIPP CITY, Ohio — Police in Tipp City say Caleb Carl Flynn, 39, has been arrested and charged with multiple felony offenses in connection with the death of his wife, Ashley Flynn, 37.
After an investigation that initially began as a reported burglary but later moved in a different direction as detectives developed evidence in the case.
According to reporting that cites the Tipp City Police Department, investigators announced Thursday that Caleb Carl Flynn was taken into custody and booked as the case transitioned into a homicide investigation tied to Ashley Flynn’s death.
Authorities have not publicly released every investigative detail, but they have said the charging decision followed the development of probable cause and the gathering of information and evidence related to what happened inside the couple’s home.
